I did well on all my goals for yesterday except 1. The arch of my right foot has been hurting and I’m thinking it’s because of my normal walking shoes…they’re pretty old. But, today will be good because It’s a run day.

Yesterday evening Robin and I made a grocery run to Amazing Savings and made turkey burritos ( he had flour tortillas and I had my corn tortillas) It was delicious and there are leftovers for today’s lunch! I’m trying my best to keep my energy up throughout the day since I have 7 hour work days and next week will be a 40 hour week! I should probably be taking my vitamins…yeah.
This morning I made some oatmeal and added coconut flakes, vanilla almond milk, a little brown sugar, halved walnuts and almond butter. It was pretty yummy.
I’ve got my snack for today:
1 cup vanilla yogurt
2 Tbsp shredded coconut
2 Tbsp my homemade honey granola
Its a coconut day it seems! Happy hump day!
